Waitlist privacy

Habibi Squad collects your name, email address, optional phone number, signup time, consent record, and email verification status to manage this waitlist and send membership launch updates. Joining the waitlist does not purchase a membership.

Your details are stored in a private database. Providing a phone number is optional and does not subscribe you to text messages. We use Sender to send confirmation emails and, after confirmation, our welcome email, exclusive previews, and membership launch updates. Your name and email are shared with Sender for this purpose. Your record stays pending until you confirm your email.

To prevent spam, we temporarily store a hashed network identifier and request count. These records expire after an hour and are cleaned up as new requests arrive.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email. To remove your website waitlist record, use the removal link in your confirmation email or contact management@habibisquadofficial.com. Sender retains subscription preferences so we can honor unsubscribe requests. We use your signup for membership updates and do not display your email to other visitors.
